The Orchard

After having completed one shipping container buildout, it was logical to use the lessons from the first project to complete a second project. Involving two 40’ cans and 2 20’ cans, this project functions today as my personal studio space as well as for several others. Along with the Conex buildout, included in this project is a citrus orchard on the adjacent lot.
The smaller container holds the office, while the larger containers have been built out into shop and studio space. There is another building on the property that is the bathroom, complete with clawfoot bathtub.
