Cypress millwork, tongue and groove heart pine flooring, complex Italianate ornamentation and high ceilings characterize the beauty of the homes here, most built in a time when carpentry was much closer to art than it is today.
Remodels are a great opportunity to update the look of your house, but also the lived-in feeling of the space. This is the perfect time to add a few feet to the bathroom, and to tear out a wall in your kitchen, opening up space in the most used rooms of your modern home.
